Tuesday museday... ughhh, this is the laziest day of the week for me. I know I said I'll update everyday for this week but this feels like freakin' homework now. I'm blacking out... have nothing to write. As usual I had a very EXCITING (sarcasm) day at work and went straight to a party after (fib). Since I wasn't able to take any pictures of THE loveliest city on earth, Hsinchu... I thought I'll post more about food. Instant food... noodles specifically - why? Because this is basically what I eat here.
So this is officially my favorite instant noodles post!
# 5 - All the noodles on earth - I figured I can't be too choosy. I can't cook. I can't differentiate between street food and gourmet. Heck I don't even chew my food... I just attempt to swallow everything and satisfy my inner and outer fat diva. So... as the famous Japanese cartoon goes: ALL NOODLES OF THE WORLD ARE BELONG TO ME!

# 4 - UniPresident's One More Cup Shrimp flavor (Taiwan) - I'm easily peer-pressured. So when my dear friend S told me this is her favorite instant noodle... I took her opinion as my semi-own. It doesn't matter that apparently she says "favorite" about everything... But after more cups, I started to really prefer it. When I need to eat something but am too busy sitting on my ass to buy a meal from Burger King, I go for this! I usually have one around at home because I can easily buy this noodle from Family Mart. It has real shrimps!

# 3 - Nissin Cup Noodles Beef flavor (Philippines) - When I eat this during office hours, people at work go "Who's eating?!" because the smell is just all over the place! And it smells goooood! They'll try to trace where the smell is coming from and complain that someone is eating something good but ain't sharing. Although the noodle texture is a bit thin, the taste is.. err, beefy.

# 2 - Nissin Instant Noodles with Sesame oil (Hong Kong) - This one is very plain and only takes 3 minutes to prepare. It doesn't have fancy meat or vegetable floating around so the soup and noodles just go down very well and my tummy is just full of love. I really like its taste and how the smell stays in my head... yum... It's a bit expensive though so it's one of those noodles I can eat when I'm celebrating something... like Friday afternoons!

# 1 - Indomie Mi Goreng (Indonesia) - And this is the best instant noodles I've tasted in my life. The first time I tried it, I cooked it all wrong and got turned off! I wanted to throw away the rest of the packets I bought... but then it's 8NT/pack and it's not like I'm popping out wads of cash from my ass. So I thought I can eat it when I'm desperate and vomit it later when my stomach has been tricked into settling down. My friend from Indonesia insisted that it's the best in the world and advised me to put an egg on it. Bah! So I went to Family Mart to buy some eggs and this time, tried cooking it using the hot pot... then OMG! It just stunned me. It tasted like everything I want from my food... my ideal instant noodle groom... my goreng in shining armor... someone has to legalize marrying instant noodles!!!
So yay! I actually have (had) a Tuesday post! Weee! I'm no food critic so don't take my word as instant noodles law. There is no such thing... not yet anyway. Seriously, I thank all the instant noodle manufacturers in the world for providing people like me access to a basic human need. Thank you!
I should consider buying a refrigerator, stove and toaster, yes or yes? I need to start a fund!
